The meeting was opened at 6:30 p.m., with members MacInnes, and Whittaker present. The board reviewed correspondence, and signed vouchers, before meeting with its first appointment.
12 Littlebrook Road replacing cast iron T and 8 section of pipe during T-5 inspection Friday, 3/28/2008, the BOH received a call from a neighbor in regards to work being done on 12 Littlebrook Road, it was then noted that a T-5 had been done to this property on 3/26/2008. Mr. Leary went to the site at 12 Littlebrook Road, he then found Mr. Ward replacing the cast iron T and pipe, at this time Mr. Leary told Mr. Ward that he would in fact have to appear in front of the BOH at our next meeting, before he would consider accepting his T-5 report. Because the nature of the report would have needed a repair permit.
Mr. David Ward appeared in front of the BOH at 6:40, it was then explained that he was in fact replacing the cast iron T, but this was a grey area in the regulations, that he needed to do so to determine the flow of the system as the cast iron T was seriously blocked, while replacing the T the pipe section then broke.
Mr. Whittaker and Mr. MacInnes both spoke to Mr. Ward that if in fact he was to ever run into a situation again, where anything was to be disturbed on a T-5 inspection, that he would indeed going forward need to obtain a permit, Mr. Ward was then warned, a penalty would be immanent if this was to be brought to the boards attention again. BOH is always to be notified for even the smallest repair. MacInnes motioned, Whittaker seconded the motion. All in favor.

Meeting was attended by Shayne McGlone, resident Carlton Frisbee and Mario Noterangelo.
Variances presented to BOH:
1) Reduction in the setback of SAS to surface water supply to 50 2) Reduction in the setback of tank to surface water supply to 67 3) Reduction in the setback of SAS to property line of adjacent to Fairview 20 4) Reduction in the setback of septic tank to adjacent property line to 50 5) Reduction in the setback of septic tank to slab foundation to 60 6)Reduction in the setback of SAS to slab foundation 90
Concerns were expressed by Carlton Frisbee and Mario Noterangelo regarding an unsightly wall that will be installed, approximately 3 high, a fence will be suggested to the homeowner by Shayne McGlone. MacInnes motioned, Whittaker seconded the motion. All in favor.
9 Deveuve Lane Public Hearing 7:30
Metting was attended by Darren Grady soley. Residents notified via certified mail, Leo Bonti, William Zadroga, Donald Carpenter, and Trust. Norman Shepard.
Variances presented to BOH:
1) Reduction in system (tight tank) size from the local requirement of 3500 gallons to 2500 gallons.
There was some discussion hearing no opposition. MacInnes motioned, Whittaker seconded the motion. All in favor.

19 Ridge Avenue- Board voted S.A.S. 156 from water supply, amended to S.A.S. 149 from water supply. MacInnes motioned, Whittaker seconded the motion. All in favor
9 Deveuve Lane 8pm, Hank Daggett appeared at the BOH, inquiring about the said property, Mr. Daggett was, informed that the variances had been okayed. At this time Mr. Daggett protested to the hearing, informing the BOH that he being as an abutter had not been notified of the hearing, Upon instruction of the BOH the green cards of certified mailings to this property were checked, in fact their was no notification to Mr. Daggett, the decision was revoked on the variances. The BOH then informed Mr. Daggaett that a new public hearing would be set, insuring all abutters will be notified. MacInnes motioned, Whittaker seconded the motion. All in favor.
8 Raymond Avenue Anonymous complaint from resident on Raymond Avenue, regarding trash in neighbors yard. Mr. Leary state a letter was previously sent in April of 2007 for violation 105 CMR 410.600. (Unsanitary storage of rubbish or garbage). Board instructed Mr. Leary to send another letter requesting them to appear in front of the Board of Health on April 14, 2008. Whittaker motioned, MacInnes seconded the Motion. All in favor
10 Champion Way Plan was previous approved, however another waterline was discovered within 7 of system. Plan was reviewed and approved. MacInnes motioned, Whittaker seconded the motion. All in favor.
MacInnes moved to adjourn at 8:40 p.m. Whittaker seconded. All in favor.
