David Fletcher- Mr. Fletcher appeared in front of the board, for having done a T-5 without a permit, from the Town of Pembroke. Mr. MacInnes, informed Mr. Fletcher he was to pay a $25.00 fine, he was also to obtain his T-5 permit for 2008. MacInnes motioned Whittaker seconded. All in favor.

Tyler Nims- Mr. Nims sought a variance for 664 School Street, this is a disability home, it was stated that the bedrooms in this facility are designed for only one person per room. In light of this a variance was given, allowing the flow to be reduced to 110 per bedroom vs. the usual 150 per bedroom per day. MacInnes motioned Whittaker seconded. All in favor.

David Cotter- Title 5 rule say’s a Title 5 must be done if the footprint is changed on a home, the Title 5 was done aproxitmately 6 years ago, Mr. Cotter was seeking a waiver to have the Title 5 extended one year. Mr. MacInnes discussed this with Mr. Whittaker, it was then decided that the T-5 rule would be waived for 112 Valley Street.

MacInnes motioned Whittaker seconded. All in favor.

Whittaker moved to adjourn at 8:25 p.m., MacInnes seconded. All in favor.
