Bonnie Hadaway, Ron Van Buskirk – 2 Elm Street. Ms. Hadaway was unable to verify what the daily flow was of there system, after a lengthy discussion, Lisa Cullity said she would approve the addition of the second floor, as long as Ms. Hadaway went to the Plymouth Registry of Deeds. Ms. Hadaway is to record the said home strictly as a three bedroom home, when this is done she may move forward on her addition. Cullity moved, Cytrynowski second, so moved.

Vin Flaherty – 205 West Elm Street. Mr. Flaherty was asking for information on the Chair Scott Machines told him, that he could retain a copy of the Town Report for those details. Mr. Flaherty then went on questioning the board as to why Mr. Valenti was able to build his own office, and at what expense to the town. Cullity then informed Mr. Flaherty that the office Mr. Valenti is now using was built originally to house the electrical. Mr. Flaherty then again approached the subject of bringing food from Au Bon Pain to the associates, again Mr. MacInnes stated the staff was there to work, and this was a large distraction, he was advised to bring these pastry items to some establishment that was in need of these items.

Ken Malley & Pamela Malley - 21 Lowell Road. Mr. Malley challenged the recent

title 5 done by Stephen Adams, this report stated three bedrooms with a flow of 110 gallons per day, however the title 5 done at the time of there purchase in 1997 stated four bedrooms and a flow of 150 gallons per day. Cullity stated to the Malley’s that Adams had referred back to the original asbuilt of the system, which indeed does coincide with Adams report. Cullity then gave the Malley’s the option to have yet another title 5 done due to the discrepancies.

Cullity moved to adjourn at 8:15 p.m. All in favor.

Respectfully submitted,

Scott MacInnes
