PUBLIC FORUM:    Wednesday, March 6, 2013 at 7:00 pm 

The Construction and Design Subcommittee will host a Public Forum on Wednesday, March 6th at 7:00 pm at The Bingo Hall, in the Community Center. 

The Forum is an opportunity for members of the town to discuss the recommendation of the Community Center Study Committee as it relates to renovating, partially renovating and building a new community center.  

After close to a year of analysis this Committee has made a recommendation to the Selectmen as the best course of action.  Come hear their decision and discuss the pros and cons of each of the alternatives and the basis for the decision. 

All residents of Pembroke are welcome to attend and contribute their input at this Public Forum.

The Community Relations Subcommittee held the first Public Forum on Tuesday, January 22nd at 7:00 pm at Town Hall, 100 Center Street in the Veteran’s Hall. The Forum was an opportunity for members of the town to let the Community Center Study Committee hear what programs and facilities they would like in their community center. 

Examples of topics that were discussed include; what would a combined council on aging and recreation facility be able to offer? Should this project include a skate park? Should this project include a town pool? 

All residents of Pembroke are welcome to attend and contribute their input at this Public Forum.

Public Hearing: Monday, December 17 at 7:30 pm　

The Community Center Study Committee will present the Report of the Committee on the data gathered from the initial survey to the Board of Selectmen at their meeting on Monday, December 17th at 7:30 pm at Town Hall, 100 Center Street in the Veteran’s Hall during a Public Hearing to invite comment from the public related to future uses of a Community Center in the Town of Pembroke.

All residents of Pembroke are welcome to attend and contribute their input at this Public Hearing.
