COMMUNITY PRESERVATION COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that the Pembroke Community Preservation Committee will begin accepting applications for Community Preservation Act funding for Fiscal Year 2012 on April 1, 2011. The deadline for submittal is June 15, 2011. Eligibility Forms and Applications may be picked up in the Town Clerk’s office at Pembroke Town Hall or downloaded (see bottom of page) on the Community Preservation Committee page. These forms should be mailed to the following address no later than June 14, 2011

The Community Preservation Act was adopted by Pembroke voters in 2006 and establishes a funding source financed by surcharge revenues, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (with matching funds), for the purpose of open space, historical preservation and community housing projects and purchases.
