The following fees were approved by the Board of Selectmen on September 22, 2008 and become effective on October 1, 2008.

PENALTY FOR DOING WORK WITHOUT A PERMIT IS DOUBLE THE PERMIT FEE.
New Houses are equaled to 2 ½ baths and include the following:
3 Water Closets
3 Vanity Sinks
1 Laundry hookup
1 Kitchen Sink
1 Dishwasher
2 Tubs or Showers
1 Hot Water Heater or Tankless
Water Piping
Backflow Preventer
Each additional fixture will be billed @ $15 each
