For scheduling purposes, please be advised that the Pembroke Board of Selectmen will meet on the following dates:

If any major issue arises, the Chairman of the Board will call a special meeting of the Board.
The Board of Selectmen voted at their Wednesday, February 4, 2015 meeting to accept as a permanent schedule the ten-month trial period for Monday evening Town Hall hours. The Pembroke Town Hall will be open on Monday from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm. The Tuesday through Friday schedule remains from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Offices will close for the evening at 7:00 pm and the regular meetings of the town’s boards, committees and commissions will begin at their regularly scheduled times. Some of the current meeting times include:
5:30 pm: DPW Commissioners, every two weeks at 91 Glenwood Road
5:30 pm: Board of Assessors, every two weeks at Town Hall, Room #15
6:30 pm: Board of Health, every two weeks at Town Hall, Room #12
7:00 pm: Board of Selectmen, every Monday at Town Hall, Veteran’s Hall
7:30 pm: Planning Board, every two weeks at Town Hall, Room #4
7:30 pm: Zoning Board of Appeals, every two weeks at Town Hall, Veteran’s Hall
7:30 pm: Conservation Commission every Monday at Town Hall, Room #10

Passports can now be processed at town hall, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 12:00 noon. Please see attached lists of fees, plus postage. Download an application or pick one up at the Town Administrator's Office. New passports require a birth certificate or naturalization papers. Call for complete information. NEW HOURS.
Photographs are not available at town hall, residents must bring two 2" by 2" passport photographs when they submit the application.
The Town of Pembroke accepts all forms and license applications connected with alcohol licenses now available on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission’swebsite.
Please follow the instructions, fill out the forms, print them out and bring them into the office of the Board of Selectmen. Please note the final page of attachments and ensure that the forms are complete as incomplete applications are likely to be rejected.
The Town of Pembroke has no quota for on-premises, or Section 12, pouring licenses for restaurants.
