If any major issue arises, the Chairman of the Board will call a special meeting of the Board.
In response to resident feedback, the Board of Selectmen voted at their February 10, 2014 meeting to change Monday evening Town Hall hours for a trial period of six months. Beginning Monday, March 3, 2014, the Pembroke Town Hall will be open from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
This trial period will run throughout the summer and end on Labor Day weekend, or September 1, 2014.
Offices will close for the evening at 6:30 pm and the regular meetings of the town’s boards, committees and commissions will begin at their regularly scheduled times. Read the full notice.
The Board of Selectmen are looking for resident's desires for Town Hall hours on Mondays as the trial period comes to an end. Survey will close Sunday, August 24th at 5 PM. Please answer the survey.
Passports can now be processed at town hall, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 12:00 noon. Please see attached lists of fees, plus postage. Download an application or pick one up at the Town Administrator's Office. New passports require a birth certificate or naturalization papers. Call for complete information. NEW HOURS.
Photographs are not available at town hall, residents must bring two 2" by 2" passport photographs when they submit the application.
The Town of Pembroke accepts all forms and license applications connected with alcohol licenses now available on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission’swebsite.
Please follow the instructions, fill out the forms, print them out and bring them into the office of the Board of Selectmen. Please note the final page of attachments and ensure that the forms are complete as incomplete applications are likely to be rejected.
The Town of Pembroke has no quota for on-premises, or Section 12, pouring licenses for restaurants.
