In response to additional feedback, the Board of Selectmen voted at their August 25, 2014 meeting to extend the original six-month trial period for Monday evening Town Hall hours. Continuing forward, the Pembroke Town Hall will be open on Monday from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm. This extension will run throughout the fall and end on December 31, 2014

Offices will close for the evening at 6:30 pm and the regular meetings of the town’s boards, committees and commissions will begin at their regularly scheduled times. Some of the current meeting times include:
5:30 pm:  DPW Commissioners; 5:30 pm:  Board of Assessors; 6:30 pm: Board of Health; 7:00 pm: Board of Selectmen; 7:30 pm: Planning Board Zoning Board of Appeals and Conservation Commission. 

Resident and staff feedback will continue to be evaluated during this time to ensure that the residents of Pembroke’s needs are being more effectively met. Please feel free to forward any questions or comments to the Selectmen’s office.



passport information

Passports can now be processed at town hall, Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00am to 12:00 noon. Please see attached lists of fees, plus postage. Download an application or pick one up at the Town Administrator's Office. New passports require a birth certificate or naturalization papers. Call for complete information. NEW HOURS.

Photographs are not available at town hall, residents must bring two 2" by 2" passport photographs when they submit the application.

Alcohol Licenses – Annual

The Town of Pembroke accepts all forms and license applications connected with alcohol licenses now available on the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission’s website.

Please follow the instructions, fill out the forms, print them out and bring them into the office of the Board of Selectmen. Please note the final page of attachments and ensure that the forms are complete as incomplete applications are likely to be rejected.

The Town of Pembroke has no quota for on-premises, or Section 12, pouring licenses for restaurants.
