How do I register to vote?
Massachusetts residents who are at least 18 years old
by election day may register to vote. You may register at the Town Clerk's office or pick up a voter registration form and mail it in to the Clerk's office. The form is available at the Clerk's office, at the Pembroke Public Library and most post offices. There are deadlines for registration, please call the Clerk's office at 781-293-7211.
Absentee ballots: if a resident will be out out of town on election day, or or is unable to attend due to physical disabilities or religious beliefs, you may submit an absentee ballot. AUGUST 27, 2008 : LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE AND CHANGE PARTY ENROLLMENT FOR STATE PRIMARY. Town Clerk’s Office will be open until 8 p.m. for that purpose.
SEPTEMBER 16, 2008 : STATE PRIMARY, polls are open 7a.m. – 8p.m. in all 5 precincts.
OCTOBER 15, 2008 : LAST DAY TO REGISTER TO VOTE AND CHANGE PARTY ENROLLMENT FOR STATE ELECTION. Town Clerk’s Office open until 8p.m. for that purpose.
NOVEMBER 4, 2008 : STATE ELECTION – Polls are open from 7a.m. – 8 p.m. in all 5 precincts.
